A massive shout-out to Phil Sensei, who travelled to Denmark this weekend and absolutely smashed his Yondan (4th Dan) examination under Yamaguchi Sensei.
The perfect way to cap off an incredible weekend of training.
A huge thank you to Jesper Markvardsen Sensei for hosting JKS Wales, and to both Jesper Sensei and Yamaguchi Sensei for delivering a truly top-class seminar.
The knowledge, detail and inspiration taken from this weekend will be invaluable as we take it back to our clubs and pass it on to our students.
